1. Collecting, Storing and Using Data  
In so far as we process your personal data, this is carried out by

(hereinafter called „HYSALMA“), represented by managing directors Eva Schulze-Burger and Oliver Heimbach as the responsible party for data protection.

HYSALMA processes personal data exclusively
- To perform contracts or to process and carry out your enquiries pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR;
- To send out newsletters and information on offers or to administer contests, provided you have expressly granted consent to this pursuant to Article 6 (1)(a) GDPR;
- To ensure and improve the stability and functionality of our website pursuant to Article 6 (1)(f) GDPR;
- On the base of our legitimate interests pursuant to Article 6 (1)(f) GDPR for our own advertising and marketing purposes.

All data is stored on systems in Germany and is not hosted outside of Germany.

Personal data is generally processed based on the provisions set out in the European General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).
2. Data Protection When Visiting the Website hysalma.de
For technical reasons, whenever a user accesses a page offered by HYSALMA on hysalma.de and whenever a file is accessed, information on this transaction is stored in a protocol file. This data is not personal; this means we cannot trace which user accessed which data.
In detail, the following data set is stored for each access:
  • Domain name or IP address of the requesting computer
  • The website from which your computer was directed to our website
  • Date and time of access
  • Notification whether access was successful (http-answer-code)
  • Name of the accessed file
  • Volume of data transmitted (bytes).
HYSALMA has a legitimate interest in evaluating this information pursuant to Article 6 (1)(f) GDPR. The evaluation of the stored data is conducted in anonymous form (e.g. document xy was accessed by 45 % of users). By doing this, HYSALMA is able to align its information offer with user interests. We do not transfer data we have stored to third parties.
 
Cookies
Our website uses cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your computer and which contain, for example, information for recognition. These cannot be used to identify you. In order to ensure functionality in our legitimate interest pursuant to Article 6 (1)(f) GDPR, our website exclusively uses a session cookie that is deleted once users leave our website. You can change your browser settings to notify you when cookies are placed and to only allow cookies on a case-by-case basis, exclude the placement of cookies in certain cases or generally as well as activate automatic deleting of cookies when you close your browser. Please note that by deactivating the above mentioned cookies, our website’s functionality may be limited or may not run at all. We do not use any technologies that could be used to trace user access behavior.
3. Data Back Up Concept and Data Protection Concept  
The processing of personal data within our company is subject to the provisions set out in a data protection concept. HYSALMA has appointed an external data protection controller and ensures that his processes are subject to internal data protection requirements. The concept gives concrete form to the legal requirements stipulated in the General Data Protection Regulation and the Federal Data Protection Act.
  
4. Your Rights: Right of Access and Right to Object 

1. Withdrawal of Consent and Objections
You can object to the use of data for marketing purposes and the mailing of newsletters at any time. There are various ways to do this:
Every newsletter contains a link to unsubscribe. If this link is activated, you are taken off the list of newsletter recipients.
You can also object to the use of your data for the purpose of informing you of offers by clearing the appropriate check box in your user data or by sending us a simple notification. Your data will then be blocked so that we can take your objection into account in the future. However, you can also direct your objection at any time without formal requirements to HYSALMA Hygiene Sales + Marketing GmbH, Essener Straße 99, D-46047 Oberhausen, datenschutz(at)hysalma.de.

2. Object to Data Processing
You have the right to object to your data being processed due to the overriding legitimate interests of HYSALMA Sales + Marketing GmbH (Article 6 (1)(f) GDPR). Please send objections related to this, including a justification, to our data protection controller or to HYSALMA Hygiene Sales + Marketing GmbH, Essener Straße 99, D-46047 Oberhausen, datenschutz(at)hysalma.de , so that we can review your request.

3. Amending You Data
When you register you will receive password-protected direct access. In this area you can administrate and amend your customer and address data as well as your newsletter subscription.

4. Right of Access and Other Rights
You have the right to obtain access at any time to your personal data that is stored by HYSALMA. You further have the right to rectification or erasure of your personal data, in so far as this is not prevented by legal archiving obligations. In this case, your data will be blocked. Certain data also gives you the right to data portability.

5. Changes to the Data Protection Notice
